About Me

Growing up, I never imagined I'd become a Team GB Age-Group triathlete or British Champion. Like many of my clients, I started as someone who simply loved moving – running outdoors and exploring what my limits really were with local races.


My path to becoming a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Triathlon Coach wasn't linear (I did my masters degree in Computer Science!) but strength training and fitness has always been a part of my life. But it has also brought struggles I see in clients today: the all-or-nothing mentality, perfectionism, over-restriction, and believing more is always better.


The turning point came when I stopped fighting against my body and started working with it. 2024 became my breakthrough year in triathlon because I trained smarter and focused on taking care of my body, prioritising recovery, and knowing when to push vs rest. I fell back in love with what my body could achieve, not how it looks.

As both a personal trainer in East London and online triathlon coach, I bring evidence-based training built on sports science, real-world experience of racing at a high level, compassionate coaching and flexible solutions that fit around your lifestyle.

My Training Philosophy

After over a decade in fitness, I've learned that sustainable success comes from intelligent training, not endless punishment. My philosophy is built on three core principles that have transformed both my own performance and my clients' lives.

Everything starts with building bulletproof bodies. Whether you're training for your first 5km or aiming for Ironman, strength training forms the foundation of everything we do. We build resilience first, speed second.

Having battled my own relationship with overtraining and under-fuelling, I understand the mental game as much as the physical one. Every session is designed to move you forward, not break you down. We celebrate small wins, adjust when life gets in the way, and always prioritise long-term health over short-term gains.
