How It Works
If you are confident going to the gym alone, why not choose fully online personal training to let someone else take care of the programming for you.

If you have body composition or weight loss goals, you can add nutrition coaching to help you build your dream body and fuel for optimal performance.

Pricing
£150 per 4 weeks of strength and nutrition coaching.
£100 per 4 weeks of strength programming (without nutrition coaching).

You Download the My PT Hub app
You will be sent an account activation email with onboarding instructions. In the app, you will find all of your strength sessions with clear demonstration videos, recommended weights to use, and the set/rep/rest ranges.
If you opt for nutrition coaching, this also happens in the My PT Hub app and requires the MyFitnessPal app integration.

You Log Your Workouts
Using the My PT Hub app you will record the weights you used for each exercise and the actual sets/reps completed so that we have a measure of progress. You can also submit feedback on how you found the workout.

You Complete Your Weekly Check-In Form
Every Sunday you'll be prompted to complete a check-in form so that we can understand how the week has gone, any areas you need help with or any feedback on the session plans. This is an important part of staying accountable and keeping your trainer in the loop so that they can help you.

Progress is Measured Every 4 Weeks
Every 4 weeks we look back at the workouts to see how you've progressed and if anything needs to change. If you have body composition goals then body measurements, front and side photos and bodyweight will be retaken.
