Where do you train clients?

At Gympods Dalston (private gym pods on Dalston Lane), or at your home throughout the E8 area. We can also do outdoor sessions in London Fields, Victoria Park, or Hackney Downs.

Do you offer at-home training?

Yes, I bring the equipment needed. As you progress and get stronger, I recommend that you purchase your own dumbbells. It's ideal if you're time-poor, have childcare commitments, or just prefer training at home.

How much does it cost?

I've never worked with a PT before - is that okay?

Absolutely. Many of my Dalston clients are complete beginners. We'll start wherever you are and progress at your pace.

Can you help me train for a race?

Not at all. I work with people of all fitness levels - from complete beginners to experienced athletes. Whatever your goal, I can help.
